Best Tasting Protein Bar
I've had my share of protein bars and they seem to all to be so dry that you need to drink a gallon of water to wash them down. Not so with the Power Crunch Bar from the BioNutritional Reseach Group. IMO, it is by far the best tasting protein bar out in the market. It is a creme-filled wafer cookie with 14 grams of Proto Whey protein and only 9 grams of total carbs. Comes in the following flavors -
- Cookies and Creme
- French Vanilla Creme
- Peanut Butter Fudge (my favorite)
